Five Steps North.
- Visit us. Meet with a Member of our Marketing Team to tour our campus, learn about the benefits of Life Care and taste the North Hill experience. Review our Regular Wait List Packet.
- When you’re ready to join us, complete the Advanced Waiting List and meet with our Medical Director and Health Services Team for a physical assessment to gauge your ability for Residential Living.
- Once medically qualified, you are guaranteed access to North Hill. You make a 10 percent deposit of the average fee for the type of accommodations you wish.
- When an apartment becomes available, you’ll have three months to close on it. We’ll help you select paint and flooring color schemes, or minor changes (for an additional fee). As you move in, our Wellness Team will design a personalized program to help you achieve your personal fitness goals.
- We’ll mail you a Closing Packet a few weeks prior to your move; with essential information we must have on file the day you arrive. We’ll set a mutually convenient closing date. You’ll sign the Residency Agreement and provide the first monthly fee, which covers everything North Hill has to offer: the most generous Services & Amenities package in Greater Boston.
- Oh, we almost forgot Step 6: Now have the time of your life for the rest of your life!
