In the late 1970's, a group of forward-thinking people had a vision: To create a full-service Residential Community that would satisfy the widest possible range of needs with the absolute finest way of life. They wanted people to think of North Hill first for all their dreams and needs.

They shared a love of life in many facets and wanted a community that thrived on diversity — in people, in cuisine, in fun and in stimulation.

Community Governance.

As a not-for-profit organization, North Hill is governed by a Board of Trustees. The Board is guided by our Resident Council, which meets monthly to represent the ideas, opinions, compliments and concerns of all Residents.
