At North Hill, Residents and Team Members are a family. Do we work hard? Sure we do and we’re proud of it. Do we have fun, too? You bet. In our beautiful Top-of-the-Hill Team Member Cafe we enjoy gourmet meals prepared daily by the same executive chef who creates our Residents’ cuisine using the same ingredients. Our summer team outings take us sailing on Boston Harbor or quacking at tourists from a Boston Duck Boat. All departments team up to serve and help residents celebrate happy occasions. We even celebrate birthdays together. We work at North Hill because every day we make a positive difference in the lives of our Residents and in each others’ lives. And that feels really good when we go home at the end of the day.
