Responsibilities include provide direct nursing care, assess Residents’ health needs, work with physicians to develop a health care plan, complete Resident medical documentation in a timely manner, and provide instruction to other members of the Home Health Team when appropriate. Qualified candidates will be licensed RN in the state of MA, have an AD or Diploma, and have a valid MA driver’s license.

Candidate needed to clean and prepare food in accordance with current applicable Federal, State, Local and North Hill guidelines and regulations.  Follow established policies and procedures as directed by the Executive Chef and/or Sous Chef to assure that quality food service is provided at all times.

Candidates needed to work in our Dining Room and be responsible for all table service in addition to other assigned work.

Candidate needed to work in our kitchen as a baker.  One to two years experience in Hotel/hospitality industry preferred.  Sanitation/HAACP certification and 2 year culinary degree preferred.  Qualified candidates will need to prepare and serve desserts that are palatable and appetizing in appearance.

Candidate needed to perform restorative nursing procedures to maximize our Residents abilities and manage documentation of residents on Med A and HMO insurance.  Qualified candidates will be a licensed RN in the state of MA.

Our Dining Services team is looking for a purchasing coordinator to purchase all food products, chemicals and paper products needed for our facility.  Daily interaction with vendors to resolve purchasing issues, identify cost saving opportunities and negotiate agreements.  Qualified candidates will have an Associate’s degree supplemented with at least 3 years food service purchase experience.

Our Plant Services team is looking for an Information Coordinator assure that a successful maintenance program is maintained at all times and meets federal, state and local standards. 

Our Wellness department is looking for a life Guard to be responsible for ensuring the safety of our residents in and around the pool area, ability to react calmly and effectively in emergency situations, knowledge of CPR and emergency medical procedures. Candidate must be certified in American Red Cross Lifeguard Training/First Aid and CPR and Professional Rescuer.

Our Plant Services team is looking for an Assistant Maintenance worker to perform routine maintenance and repair on the facility and equipment to include plumbing, plastering, electrical, carpentry, mechanical, etc., as directed, in accordance with established procedures and others duties that may become necessary/appropriate to assure that our facility is maintained in a safe and comfortable manner. One year of maintenance related experience preferred.

Our Marketing team is looking for a Marketing Assistant to work in our fast paced Marketing office assisting the Director of Marketing in promotions and sales of North Hill apartments to prospective candidates, reviewing applications for entrance qualifications, coordinating Resident moves into and out of the facility, maintaining sales leads databases and administering related programs.
