As a Life Care Community, North Hill provides a continuum of care to its residents. Life Care is a financial model where almost all long term care services are included in your monthly fee. This offers community members the assurance that their long term care expenses are covered, while also preserving their estates at the same time. Included in this continuum is full-service residential living, access to home health services, and 24-hour skilled nursing care in our separate, but connected, state-of-the-art Health Center.

As part of your residential agreement, North Hill provides 12 hours of home health services annually. Should you encounter a situation where additional hours are required, you can contract for them on a fee-for-service basis from our Medicare-certified Home Health Agency. Or you can choose to select another resource from which to obtain health care services.

The Life Care program at North Hill has several financial benefits as well. Not only is the entrance fee 90% refundable – a valuable estate preservation tool, but you will not need to pay for expensive long-term care insurance, nor face the prospect of considerable per diem fees as you move through the continuum of care.
