Once you’ve made the decision to move to North Hill and selected an apartment, you’ll have a chance to personalize your new home. As new homes become available to us, we thoroughly refurbish them, bringing them to a like-new condition. We’ll work with you to find the right color paint, style of flooring, and other surfaces that work best for you and your unique taste. Whether you work with your own decorating team or ours, we’re here to make your move to North Hill something you can be excited about.

Speaking of our decorating team… North Hill’s includes our Director of Plant Services Harry Goodale, Decorator Cindy Aiguier, Architect Mary Silvera, and a dedicated team of carpenters, painters, plumbers and electricians all of whom share a passion for their work, and a genuine affection for North Hill and the people who live here.

Design & Upgrades Center
This fall, North Hill will be opening a new design center so that we can do an even better job helping you visualize what your new home will look like. Our goal is to provide you with many customization and upgrade options while keeping the process simple! We’ll keep you posted on our progress here on our website and in our Newsletter.
