Janice Masi serves as the Executive Director of Home and Community Based Services at North Hill and joined the organization in 2015. She led the implementation of Connected for Life, North Hill’s lifecare at home program, the first program of this type in Massachusetts. Also known nationally as Continuing Care At Home (CCAH) these programs support individuals who choose to live at home in the community with Care Coordination, wellness and purfoseful living. She oversees home health and home care services provided to North Hill residents and residents of the surrounding communities. North Hill Home Health Care, Inc. is a Medicare certified home health care agency, and Home Support at North Hill provides wellness, health management and direct nursing services for North Hill residents.
Ms. Masi’s background is primarily in healthcare operational management. Most recently, she was the founding Executive Director of Caregiver Homes, a division of Seniorlink, Inc. in Boston, MA. Previously, she was on the start-up team and held leadership positions with PRISM Rehab Systems, Inc., which was based in Boston MA.
Ms. Masi is a current board member for Goddard House Assisted Living in Brookline, Massachusetts, and has served on the board of CASPAR, Inc., both non-profit organizations. She volunteers with the YMCA Training Inc. at the YMCA of Greater Boston. Ms. Masi is a member of The Boston Club for women executives and professional leaders.
Ms. Masi has a Master of Science Degree in Occupational Therapy from Sargent College at Boston University, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Development from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
Ms. Masi and her husband, Eric, of 42 years, have raised three sons and enjoy grand-parenting their two young grandsons.
