Needham, MA- The North Hill Board of Trustees is pleased to announce that it has selected Joseph A. Frias for the position of President and Chief Executive Officer of North Hill. Mr. Frias will assume his new role on July 1, 2023, following the retirement of Ted Owens.

Mr. Frias is currently serving as Executive Director of North Hill. He joined the organization in 2017 and previously served as Administrator and Director of Health Care Services.
Prior to joining North Hill, Joe held various positions within the senior living industry at Brookhaven at Lexington, Genesis Health Care, and The German Centre for Extended Care. He currently serves on the board of LeadingAge Massachusetts, an association of nonprofit aging services providers and other mission-driven organizations serving older adults. Joe is a graduate of Framingham State University, and holds MBA and MHA degrees from Salve Regina University.
