Alice L. Rose, Chief of Clinical Services


Alice Rose returned to North Hill in early 2019 as Chief of Clinical Services.  Ms. Rose had previously worked in senior management at North Hill for seventeen years. Prior to her return to North Hill, Ms. Rose was the VP and Administrator of Service Enriched Housing at MHPI/RSSI, providing home care services to an underserved population including Acquired Brain Injury, serious and chronic elderly, mentally ill and intellectually and developmentally disabled individuals.  Her career also included leading departments in Education, Professional Development, and Compliance at academic medical center hospitals in Boston.

Ms. Rose also serves on the Board of South Cove Facilities Foundation and South Cove Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation at Quincy Point in Quincy, MA. In addition, Ms. Rose is a Registered Nurse and an Adult Nurse Practitioner, having achieved the latter from the Massachusetts General Hospital Institute of Health Professions.  She has a Certificate in Management from the Management Development Program for Health Care Professionals at Boston University, a Master’s Degree in Nursing from the Boston University School of Nursing, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from the University of Cincinnati College of Nursing and Health.  Ms. Rose serves on the Advisory Board for the University of Cincinnati College of Nursing.
