Bethany Mercer, Director of IL Operations and Corporate Capital

Bethany Mercer, Director of IL Operations and Corporate Capital at North Hill,  is responsible for the overall operations of Crescent Heights on the North Hill campus. Bethany holds campus-wide executive responsibility over multiple areas including grounds & facilities, housekeeping, dining/catering, security, transportation, and guest services. As a fellow of the Larry Minnix National LeadingAge Leadership Academy, Bethany’s goal is to promote innovative approaches that address the challenges and opportunities of aging.

Bethany joined North Hill in 2022 as the Associate Director of Healthcare Services. Bethany has held various leadership positions across multiple sectors of acute care and aging services. She has served as Executive Director in subacute care, long term care, and assisted living, as well as a start-up certified home health agency and adult day program. In addition to her operations experience, Bethany has 17 years of Human Resources experience specializing in talent acquisition, employee and labor relations, leadership coaching, and organizational learning and development. Bethany earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Health Management and Policy from the University of New Hampshire
