Nancy Hoffmann – Vice Chair

Nancy Hoffmann, CPA became a North Hill Advisor in 2017 and was elected to the Board of Trustees in 2018. She currently serves as the chairperson of the North Hill Finance Committee.

Ms. Hoffmann retired recently after serving 9 years in the position of Chief Financial and Support Services Officer of Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital –Needham. Ms. Hoffmann has over 40 years of experience that reflects a diverse exposure to healthcare finance including over twelve years in public accounting, serving as the Corporate Controller at Partners Healthcare System, previous CFO roles at both Carney and Merrimack Valley Hospitals, and as Vice President for Finance at the Steward Healthcare System. Ms. Hoffmann started her career at Deloitte and Touche.

Ms. Hoffmann is a licensed certified public accountant and holds a BS from St. Lawrence University and an MS/ MBA from Northeastern University.
