Sava Berhané joined the North Hill Board as an advisor in 2020. She is a healthcare innovator, product leader, and educator. Currently, she serves as a senior lecturer at Brandeis International Business School. She also serves as the CEO of eCaring, an early stage home care technology company, where she led the design and development of an integrated software platform and mobile app that enables caregivers to track patient care and trigger interventions that improve health outcomes. Her product is used with some of the largest home care companies in the nation, including Addus.
Sava was awarded a 2017 Pinnacle Award from the Boston Chamber of Commerce for Emerging Executives and served as a Harvard Business School Young American Leader. She has a B.A. from Mount Holyoke College and a J.D. from Yale Law School. She sits on the boards of the National Women’s Political Caucus PAC, a bi-partisan organization focused on helping women get electing to Congress and to the Presidency and Build Boston, an organization that used entrepreneurship to ignite the potential of youth from underserved communities.
