Our Lifecare Promise is a contract at North Hill that gives you financial peace of mind, knowing that if something happens to you as you age, you’ll be able to afford the care you need.  Your children will have peace of mind, too, secure in the knowledge you’ll be safe and well cared for.

North Hill has three neighborhoods to ensure the highest quality of housing and care throughout the aging process.  At Crescent Heights, residents continue the active, independent lifestyle they’ve always enjoyed, free of the chores that come with owning a home.  Vista Terrace provides Independent Enhanced Living for those who need a little more assistance.  If you need short or long term rehabilitation, Pines Edge is right here on campus with a full menu of services.

No matter where you move on campus, North Hill’s Lifecare Promise guarantees predictable expenses and the highest quality of care as you age. 

Here’s how it works:

When you move into Independent Living, you pay a slightly higher entrance fee and slightly higher monthly fees.*  If the time comes when you need to move to Enhanced Living or Skilled Nursing, your fees don’t change – this applies for short-term rehab and temporary stays in Pines Edge as well.

North Hill’s Lifecare promise is the most comprehensive contract of any other Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) in the region:

• We offer 100 % coverage along the continuum
• No time cap – it is guaranteed for the lifespan of the subscriber
• Rehabilitation and memory care are included
• A portion of the North Hill entrance fee and Lifecare fee may be refundable to your estate
• There is no elimination period. A signed contract initiates the guarantee of the coverage.
