Art That’s Right at Home

The exhibit at the senior living community came about through the Danforth’s longstanding relationship with Helen Meyrowitz, an artist who has shown her work at the museum several times and has lived at North Hill since 2002.

The New York native said hosting the Danforth show reflects North Hill’s mission to provide “purposeful living” to its more than 500 residents.

“I’m so thrilled to have helped bring the Danforth exhibit here. Making and enjoying art is a very big part of purposeful living,” said Meyrowitz, who heads the facility’s arts committee.
