North Hill maintains accurate lists for residential occupancy so we can update all of our potential residents in real time. Choose between our Heights Club list or our Crescent Club list depending on when you think you’d like to make the move.
The Heights Club
If you know that you want to live here with us within the next year, we place you on our Heights Club List. To reserve your space on this list, we require a 10% deposit at time of request. When a Crescent Heights apartment becomes available to you, you’ll receive an alert. At this time, you can either accept the apartment or decline the offer. Your addition to the Heights Club gives you priority over general applicants for the available apartments.
The Crescent Club
If you are close to a decision on the perfect retirement community for you, but don’t want to commit to North Hill, you can join our Crescent Club to give you access to our available apartments for up to 10 years. Simply place a deposit of $2500 down and you will receive alerts when apartments become available to Crescent Club members.
