Mr. Pingitore is a partner in the law firm Pingitore & Fitzpatrick, LLC. He represents businesses and executives operating in a variety of market sectors, providing counsel on litigation, employment, and day-to-day legal matters. Mr. Pingitore served two three-year terms (2016-2021), by appointment of the Massachusetts Board of Bar Overseers, as a volunteer Hearing Committee Member in disciplinary cases brought against individual attorneys by the Office of Bar Counsel. He is a member of the Boston Bar Association.
Outside the practice of law, Mr. Pingitore is active in Needham town government. He has served on the Needham Community Preservation Committee (2016-2023), as Chair from 2019 to 2023, and the Needham Housing Authority Board of Commissioners (2008-2020), as Vice Chair from 2009 to 2011 and Chair from 2011 to 2016. He has been an elected Town Meeting Member since 2013.
Mr. Pingitore has a Bachelor in Arts, cum laude, in economics from the University of New Hampshire, and a law (J.D.) degree from Northeastern University School of Law.
