Dana Finizio, Director of Human Resources

Dana Finizio joined North Hill in February 2020 on a part-time consulting basis and accepted the position of Director of Human Resources in May 2020.

As the Director of Human Resources, Ms. Finizio is responsible for Team Member engagement across the entire campus, which includes talent acquisition (recruiting and retention), compensation and benefits (including retirement programs), performance management, education and training programs and compliance with the requirements of government reporting. Ms. Finizio has over 25 years of human resources experience, working across a variety of industries and business models, including technology, accounting, public relations and not-for-profit.

She began her career in Chicago working for large professional services firms, including Pricewaterhouse Coopers, McGladrey and Weber Shandwick Worldwide.  More recently, she transitioned into supporting the growth of technology and digital services startups spun out of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Through Cambridge-based incubators, Ms. Finizio worked closely with Harvard and MIT professors and researchers in their work to find better ways to align employees with organizational performance.  She enjoys applying these insights and experiences to her role at North Hill.

Ms. Finizio received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, with a focus in Human Resources, from Washington University in St. Louis and her Master of Science degree in Human Relations from Loyola University in Chicago.
