Karalyn Bere, Director of Finance

Karalyn Bere joined North Hill in September 2018 and currently serves as the Director of Finance, overseeing all financial operations. Partnering closely with all levels of the organization including the Trustee Finance and Audit Committees, Karalyn directs the fiscal functions of the North Hill Community and assures sound financial stewardship. Prior to joining North Hill, Karalyn served in various Finance, Accounting and Financial Analysis leadership roles at Tufts Medical Center and Hallmark Health System.

Karalyn holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Merrimack College, an MBA with a concentration in Accounting from Suffolk University and has completed a fellowship with the Center for Collaborative Leadership at University of Massachusetts Boston.
