Lorri Lofvers


Lorri Lofvers joined the North Hill’s Board in 2025 as an Advisor. A seasoned Management Consultant, Ms Lofvers brings expertise in program oversight, strategy, planning, cross functional business transition, and operational excellence. In her work for systems integrators, niche firms, independently and in industry, she has managed diverse strategic and operational programs and projects, guiding leaders and teams from needs assessment through implementation for over 30 years. Her engagements are typically driven by growth, technology opportunities, and performance goals and range from risk assessments, quality programs, and continuity plans to new systems, processes and governance for revenue cycles, call centers, enrollment, claims, human resources, data, supply chain, and customer relationship management. Ms Lofvers client experience spans multiple industries, including healthcare, insurance, financial services, education, HR outsourcing, technology, government, and non profits. She drives communications and training planning and has taught Organizational Change, Process Improvement, Leadership Skills, Business Analysis, Development Methodologies, and Workshop Facilitation. A longtime Needham resident active in the community, Ms Lofvers currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Needham Historical Society. She holds a Bachelor of Science from Cornell University and a Master of Business Administration from Boston University’s Questrom School of Business.
