PAST EVENT Why Mongolia?

Tuesday, April 6, 11 AM with North Hill Resident Sally Todd

We’ve rescheduled this fabulous event for April 6th!

North Hill resident Sally Todd wasted no time after retirement to start some new adventures. First, she fulfilled a lifelong wish to be a museum teacher at the Isabella Stewart Garner Museum. After that, she set her sights on the rest of the world. Visits to Southeast Asia, Central and South America, Cuba and Iran gave sweeping exotic vistas to behold and deepened her respect for the cultures and traditions of people in other places.  She preserved her experiences by capturing those exotic places and their people with her camera.  In this presentation, she will share her photo essay of Mongolia, home of Genghis Khan, his fierce warriors, and centuries of nomads who continue to roam that vast expanse.
