David Hansen

David Hansen has served as Trustee of the Board of Trustees since 2016. Mr. Hansen’s involvement with North Hill began in 2015 as a member of the Board of Advisors.
With over 35 years of experience in business management. Mr. Hansen is the Managing Partner of DNH Partners LLC. Formed in July 2012, DNH Partners provides assistance to small to midsized companies seeking financing, a merger or the sale of the company.

Mr. Hansen has experience managing an entrepreneurial enterprise as well as a large complex organization. Prior to forming DNH Partners, he was Executive Vice President of D2Hawkeye, Inc., prior to its successful sale in 2009 to Verisk Health, a subsidiary of Verisk Analytics, Inc., a publicly traded company. He remained with Verisk Health as Executive Vice President until June of 2012. Prior to joining D2Hawkeye he co-founded Falcon Capital Partners, a private investment and consulting company. Falcon’s successes included Capella Senior Living—an organization that provided investment, restructuring and advisory services to private investors and financial institutions in the long term care industry.

From 1996 to 1998, Mr. Hansen was the Executive Vice President and a member of the Board of Directors of Mariner Health Group, Inc. While at Mariner, Mr. Hansen assisted in the successful sale of the Company to another publicly traded company in 1998 for $1.2 billion. From 1988 to 1996 he was a Partner in the Boston office of Coopers & Lybrand LLP (now PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP).

Mr. Hansen also sits on the Board of Directors of Deerwalk, Inc., a health analytics company.

Mr. Hansen graduated with a BBA from the University of Massachusetts in Amherst and an MBA from Cornell University.
