Paul Grazewski

Paul Grazewski was elected to the Board of Advisors in April of 2018. Paul has over 40 years of management experience encompassing a broad range of strategic and operational roles in large and small companies. From 2002-2015 Paul was with American Science and Engineering where he held executive positions in Strategic Planning, Product Management, Marketing and Program Management. While with AS&E Paul led the development and commercialization of technology driven products for critical security applications. He was also responsible for strategic planning and mergers & acquisitions.

Prior to joining AS&E Mr. Grazewski held program management positions at Alcatel, General Dynamics and Lockheed Martin. He started his career at General Electric where he completed the Corporate Manufacturing Management Program and went on to serve in operational and program management positions in the Aircraft Engine and Aerospace divisions.

Mr. Grazewski started his own consulting practice in 2015 and advises clients in the areas of Strategy, Product Management and M&A. Paul is a member of the Northeastern University McCarthy venture mentoring network where he provides guidance to student entrepreneurs. He also volunteers with the Salute Military Golf Association, providing golf experiences to wounded veterans.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in Engineering from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst and an MBA from Xavier University, Cincinnati OH.
