Tina Vasconcelles
Tina Vasconcelles was elected to the Board of Trustees in 2016, and to the position of Chair in September 2018. Ms. Vasconcelles’ involvement with North Hill began in 2015 as a member of the Board of Advisors. During her tenure, Ms. Vasconcelles served as Chair of the Human Resources and Investment Committees.
Ms. Vasconcelles is a retired international investment professional. She was a Portfolio Manager and Partner at Oechsle International Advisors for over fifteen years overseeing a portfolio of over $3 billion in international equities.
Ms. Vasconcelles has continued to stay engaged in her community in leadership positions in many organizations in Wellesley. She was President of the Wellesley Service League and currently sits on the Executive Board as Sustainer Co-Chair. She also is a member of the Long-Range Planning Committee at the Wellesley Country Club and is the Treasurer of the Wellesley Chapter of AFS, the intercultural exchange student program. She is also a committed volunteer of Relay for Life, the major fundraiser for the American Cancer Society, which takes place in Needham every May.
Ms. Vasconcelles has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Northwestern University with a double major in Economics and Psychology. Ms. Vasconcelles was a full scholarship tennis player at Northwestern University. She also has a MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, where she majored in Finance.
